@MurphGiovanni Yes i hated shaving my face very very much. I hated to get up in the morning and shave. Having laser hair removal on my face was like a burden off my head. The hair on my face was very coarse & hard. I would use a brand new gilllette mach 3 blade which would last me only about 2 or 3 shaves because my hair was that hard. I would also have to soften my hair with hot/warm water to soften the hair, the warm/hot water would flare up my rosacea. Thats another reason i got laser done.
@Starsky5000 you hated shaving your face that much??
@MurphGiovanni yes it hurts like hell. I have dark coarse hair on my face. It’s the perfect hair for laser to target. But the more coarser your hair is the more it hurts. In the beginning when i started it hurted so much tears came running down my eyes. But as the treatments progressed it still hurted but a litttle less. I took the pain because i know the end result will be worth it less or no hair to shave on my face. Thank God i don’t have to shave my face anymore ever perhaps.
@Starsky5000 doesn’t it hurt like crazy to get hair removed from your face? i am thinking that facial hair is probably the most coarse, and coarse areas hurt so bad…i had my chest done…i had to get it done on such a low setting bc even half-power of the laser felt like being stung by 1000 hornets at once…what was your pain level like? i guess maybe my skin is sensitive, but to me, this hurt 100x more than waxing…too expensive too…i spent like 6 grand for shitty results
I wish they had an special offer for hairy balls
@DOSU344 LOL
I plan to take laser training in arizona laser institute, but i don’t know whether i could use their certification in NY. and have any online paramedical esthetics program to recommend?
@dlss87 this is the reason you should stick to the same nurse. I had the same technician for the last 7 months treating my face so as to avoid things like this. I hope the burns are nothing serious.
It’s been 7 months later since iI went to Romeo & Juliet in NYC and i’m am extremely pleased with my results thus far. 95% hairless on my entire male face. One more treatment & touch up to go and it should be totally cleared. At Romeo & Juliet laser hair removal is all they do & my technician had 10 years of experience.
@MissMission I agree with you on this. I went to Romeo & Juliet in NYC and i’m am extremely pleased with my results thus far. 95% hairless on my entire male face. One more treatment & touch up to go and it should be totally cleared. At Romeo & Juliet laser hair removal is all they do & my technician had 10 years of experience.
@AmericanLaserRipOff OMG i’ve heard only bad things about American Laser Center. It’s amazing they are still in business.
@ImaginarYxGoddesS it worked very well for me. I’m a guy and i’m 95% hairless on my face thus far after 5 treatments & 5 touchups. One more treatment & one more touchup to go & then it should be all clear. I am west indian (a little darker skin type so they used Yag laser). I went to Romeo & Juliet in NYC & my technician had 10 years of laser hair removal experience. I’m very happy.
i have veryyyyy pale skin and dark hair, will this work? lol
This poly-chronic light is the reason why IPL is prone to damaging skin. Eg, Mediterranean skin types do not handle IPL very well. There are dermatologists in Sydney that offer IPL for improvement of pigmentation, however, they are honest enough to deter their Mediterranean clients from it because it does more damage than good. Do you work at an IPL clinic? They’ll convince you they’re the best by using technical words. Final note, all information points to lasers being more effective.
this it permanantly remove hair, or does the hair grow back
@varone6t9
Your hormones are still booming up to this age, which is why may be someone told you this. The truth is that our hairs grow through our entire life and I know of nothing that can prevent them from showing up as we have it genetically programmed to have hairs growing at certain spots at certain age. Lasers, IPL etc. destroy only the active hairs at the moment, this does not mean that in 10 years you will not have new hairs growing, but they will be only few and thinner.
@MissMission
I disagree with you. The lasers have monochromatic light, which does not go deep enough in the skin, like the ruby, alexandrite and diode lasers. When the laser’s wavelength allows for deeper penetration like the ND:YAG ones the pigmentation of the hair does not accumulate enough energy for destroying the follicle. The IPL photoepilation uses poly-chronic light, which combines the advantages of all lasers without their disadvantages.This way even the deepest follicles are destroyed
what song is it at 3:09-3:16 plz someone tell me plz its sound like spa music but i need a name
no leas esto! si lo as leido copia y pega esto en 5 videos mas si no lo haces tu madre morira en 3 dias porfavor haceme caso es una maldicion
The scare tactics by doctors and especially newscasters in this video are appalling. They will find the few individuals who have a problem and then sensationalize the heck out of it! 99.9% of individuals do not have complications with laser hair removal although I do agree that legislation should be required for all states but not necessarily that doctors alone should do the procedures because then the costs will go through the roof without quality competition.

can someone please answer these questions… Someone told me that if your under 25 it will not work because body hair stops growing at age 25, If its not true i will run to my nearest laser location
second, How much pain will i get into, someone else told me it feels like going out on a hot day on certain areas that are being treated and another told me it hurts more then waxing
there are now at home hair removal systems such as the silk’n sensepil that uses a new light technology
What is the best solution for people with dark skin to do with their hair ?
Thanks
@kakarahatake Yeah, it depends, but normally it’s 5 or 6 times.
do you have to go back more than 1 time?
@luxury82
Maybe it’s her lover and she’s used to touching her in sensitive areas without gloves. Didn’t you see the way she touched her face after she placed the sunglasses on her? Total affection right there if I’ve ever seen it.
@luxury82 haha u r so right that was really gross
She was treating an employee for the demo, yes gloves are always used during treatment for clients.
@kundudance sorry to hear that…it sucks to pay big bucks and have crappy results. it kinda depends on what laser they are using, they have gotton alot better *i see alot of laser claims, but they are ipl which is different and not as good. also, results are better w/ lighter skinned ppl. since what the laser is doing is seeing the pigment in your hair to zap it. if you have darker skin, its harder to see the pigment.
@amberkanani72 well from my experience it is not permanent. ive done it 3 or 4 times and its pretty much all grown back. there is some little ares which is not back to normal but i see the hairs growing. i say it should be back to normal in 5 months. i got this done a year and a half and i say 85 percent is back. ther is no data that proves its permanent. ive done the research.
@amberkanani72 i don´t know on which part on your body you made it. I lasert my neck i don´t like the hairs coming down from my hair to my neck and at this region it hurted realy bad.
@gooziddaiejoon we say reduction, to cover our butts. everyone is different and some take more treatments. when you say permanent, then you will always have a customer that will come back 4yrs later with one hair and want a full refund.
hope this helps
@poop0800 i have male customers that use it for back hair, butt hair (i only do the cheeks, but thats me), chest hair.
@kundudance it is permanent. it does not all grow back, unless you go to one of the bogus operations. i am a laserographer and it really does permantly kill the hair. everyone is different, so some may need more treatments than others.
ive heard bad stories of old lasers claiming to do stuff they cant. remember this is a very new treatment in the industry considering…. they have really improved things.
@InFromTheVoid the at home ones suck. they have one that is literally …zap one hair at a time. drrrrrr. can you imagine?
@dataman121
the second time it didnt hurt so much because you had less hair to be zapped. the laser “see’s ” the pigment in your hair and zaps that. less hair, less pigment, less pain.
@endlesslesboz yes, she should definately be wearing gloves. you should be using wooden spatula to apply that gel even with gloves, if she touches the armpit and then the machine dials and they are contaminated.
a good salon would not allow this.
im in the biz, so i know what im talking about
This laser looks like it takes for ever… Imagine a full male’s back…. that would take like two hours! I’ve gotten treatments with the Candela GentleLase and it’s 2x+ faster than this and from what i’ve read… more effective…
@THEREALInfamousP
you mean she is rubbing that womans hairy armpit with her bare finger
your comment did make me lol though
@KDidesxo
you must be desperate for a laser treatment if you have been on every laser video
Quit spamming. You have posted this on almost every laser video… stfu.
Silk’n Sensepil is the best buy these days. I have it and I am saving a lot of money I used to spend each month for waxing and for razors.
It is going to be featured on the 13th at 2pm on one of my favorite sites, QVC! Make sure to take a look!
no duh …..your hair always grows back unless you don’t eat any protein lulz….
@hafoo5 no, it shouldnt
can someone answer me please ……….after i removed the hire by lesser does it’s grow back
she rubbing that bitches pit with her bare finger. thats fucking gross
I’ve had more permanent reduction under my arms, than on my face. My face is over all better but not worth what they charge for it.
I just had my appointment at the clinic today for laser hair removal. You say its totally worth it, meaning you’ve had permanent results?
